Fixed Assets Accountant We are looking for a Fixed Assets Accountant to join a dynamic, international environment focused on financial control, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the full fixed assets lifecycl e: capitalization, depreciation, and control
- Perform monthly close activitie s and reconciliations (GL vs subledger)
- Monitor assets under construction (CIP/AUC ) and ensure timely capitalization
- Track asset disposals, transfers, and impairments
- Ensure compliance with IFRS / US GAA P and Mexican tax regulations
- Support internal, external, and statutory audits
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
