As Fixed Assets Analyst the main responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for complying in a timely manner with the requirements established by internal control, EY, Mex. Government, etc.
- Create tickets for capitalization, retirements and changes in master data for Fixed Assets
- Coordinate with Controlling team the physical inventory
- Ensure preparation of Fixed Assets Reports, special requirements, internal and external, analysis and explanation of variances
- Tracking of overdue assets under construction
- Preparation of reports related to Fixed Asset´s according to the Maquiladora´s IMMEX program
