As the Bilingual Trainer for the Software Training & Transitions team, your focus will be on empowering users at car dealerships through effective training and support on PBS’s Dealer Management Software. You will facilitate training sessions both virtually and in-person, addressing customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions on software features and processes
• Foster relationships with customers to meet their training needs
• Accurately document issues and escalate when necessary
