As a Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting safe, reliable, and efficient transit service by overseeing fleet maintenance operations, shop performance, compliance, and team leadership. This is a hands‑on operational leadership role where your technical knowledge, decision‑making, and people leadership will directly impact vehicle availability, safety, cost control, and service delivery.

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of a large fixed‑route and paratransit fleet, supporting approximately 160 buses and leading a team of 6 direct reports .
