**Reports to**: Director of Finance**Role Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement the fleet management strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of company vehicles.
- Collaborate with the insurance department to verify data accuracy for policy renewals and ensure all drivers are provided with up-to-date insurance cards.
- Partner with the Accounting team to ensure all leased vehicles are accurately recorded in the General Ledger under ASC 842 and Fixed Assets system to support precise financial reporting- Maintain a comprehensive master data report of all vehicles, whether leased or owned, to ensure accurate reporting- Prepare and manage the fleet program budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
