Floor and Sample Boards & Borders Plants ManagerAcademic Background:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Assurance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Advanced English (must have).
ISO ****:**** and ISO ***** certified auditor preferred.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events.
Work Experience:
8 years minimum as a Production Superintendent, Plant Manager or dealing and negotiating with clients.
Experience with Manufacturing and Quality Systems, Improvement Projects, Standard Work Programs, Honor Roll, etc.
Experience with Cost and Budgeting Systems.
Experience in Logistics for handling and scheduling a wide variety of product types.
Experience working with US teams to provide the best service and quality of products.
Functional usage of AI.
