Currently my client is seeking a young, dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead their culinary and hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue and maintaining cost efficiency. Reporting directly to The General Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of their food and beverage departments, including restaurants/bars, room service, and banquets/catering.
