Your role at Signature

It’s one thing simply to feed our residents; but you will also focus on choice, dignity, confidentiality and safety, while ensuring that every mealtime is an outstanding dining experience.

You’ll work closely with the Hospitality Manager to manage stock control efficiently, and liaise with the senior kitchen team to provide imaginative and interesting themes for special events; all our festive meals, parties, al fresco dining, buffets and social events such as birthdays and welcome parties. Your role will also support dining operations or food & beverage service in other areas such as the Private dining room, Café, Sky Lounge Bistro or special events as applicable to the home where you are applying.

You’ll also be there to make sure diners’ hydration and nourishment are delivered in a consistent and cost-effective way, within all Health and Safety rules, and that staff are suitably trained and deployed. And importantly, that di...
