As Food and Beverage Assistant you are responsible for serving guests in the restaurants/outlets but not limited to providing the highest standard of service at all times, keep assigned F&B stations well stocked, organized and clean in accordance to company policy and standards, provide high standard service at all times, to deal with guest complaints and comments in an efficient and timely manner and to report any issues to the Superior.

+ To check in for duty according to schedule and to serve in the restaurants, ensuring that the service for their station meets the expectations of the guests and meets the standards set by the company
+ To provide the same standard of service for both open seating and assigned seating
