Position Overview

Grant Hall Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of our Main Dining Room and Lounge (Browning Owl Lounge). This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in an upper‑casual dining environment and is passionate about guest experience, team leadership & training, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations for the dining room and lounge
