About This Opportunity
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience.
- Actively participate in the daily Food & Beverage operation, including scheduling coordination, recognition, and performance management duties.
- Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions; prepare and verify daily cash reports.
- Act as the direct line of support in handling any service‑related issues, actively listening to guest concerns and finding effective resolution; escalating as required.
- Ensure the restaurant area is clean and always organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
