Job Overview
As a Food Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the deployment of a risk-based food safety management program from design to execution as well as conducting food safety risk assessments, HACCP validations, setting acceptance criteria and performing food safety monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Maintain proper documentation relating to QA reports, KPI’s and ensure trends identified in audits and HACCP validations are tracked and preventative actions are developed.
- Design, development, and deployment of Food Safety programs
- Support the business quality policies and capture operational feedback to keep them up to date
