Must be willing to travel to clients in all required communities (North Halton, Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton). Join Acclaim Health as a Foot Care Nurse and provide high‑quality, client‑centered care in both community and clinic settings. You will support clients in maintaining healthy, comfortable feet through assessments, treatments, and education, helping them stay mobile, independent, and confident. This role offers a balance of clinic appointments and home visits, supported by an interdisciplinary team that values connection, care, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide foot and/or hand care to individuals in the community and clinic environment.
• Understand and implement infection prevention practices, adhering to care standards for foot care and diabetic foot care.
• Assess the health status of the client.
• Adhere to public‑health guidelines for reprocessing and sterilizing foot‑care tools.
