Coordinating day-to-day operations in order processing, from order acceptance to shipmentServing as the point of contact for customersRecording and monitoring safety stock levelsManaging consignment inventoryInitiating internal escalationsRecording customer complaintsPreparing reports for customers Your qualifications:
Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable fieldPrevious work experience in one of the above-mentioned areas is a plusIdeally, an interes in technologyYou enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers, manufacturers and colleaguesYou have very good English and Microsoft Office skills and already have some experience with SAP
