**Job Title: Forklift Operator – LTL Cross Dock (Afternoon Shift)**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on safely and efficiently operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift in a high-volume LTL freight cross-dock environment. You will load and unload trailers, move pallets, handle freight documentation, and support general dock operations, including manual material handling and housekeeping, as part of a collaborative warehouse team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift to load and unload LTL freight from trailers, accounting for approximately 60% of the shift.
+ Move pallets and freight throughout the cross dock, ensuring accurate placement and safe handling at all times.
+ Manually handle freight (hand bombing) up to 50 lbs, which can range from a few to multiple repetitions per day depending on shipment volume.
