Formulations and R&D Lead or Specialist

Our client is a well established business, supplying products to the food, beverage and cannabis industry and they are looking for a formulations expert to join their business.

This will be a hands-on, custom development, formulations and innovation role to support client requirements.

Responsibilities:

Lead the research, design, and development of new blends and finished products

Ensure formulations meet production feasibility, cost, and quality standards.

Apply working knowledge of FEMA GRAS status and food-grade compliance for ingestible products (gummies, beverages, emulsions).

Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and the General Manager on custom formulations, helping translate customer language into technical specifications.
