Reporting to the Manager of Safety, you will play a vital role in the growth of Fountain Tire's Safety Excellence program. Your main tasks will include conducting internal safety audits, establishing relationships with safety auditors, and developing training programs in line with provincial regulations. Your contributions will ensure safe operations across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety audits and reporting recommendations
• Maintain relationships with safety partners and regulatory bodies
• Coach staff on incident response and WCB processes
• Develop safety training and compliance documentation
