We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is technically strong, highly analytical, and eager to build a foundation in financial analysis, automation, and business partnering.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Perform variance analysis and identify key performance drivers
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models to support decision-making
• Develop automation solutions using macros/VBA to improve efficiency
• Analyze data from Oracle, Salesforce, and planning systems (EPM)
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights
