FP&A Lead – Santiago de Chile. Full Time. Permanent. Hybrid Modality (2 days onsite).

Responsibilities

• Lead the forecasting, reporting, planning and analysis functions using qualitative and quantitative analysis of all operational aspects of the company.
• Analyze economic and business trends, review historical market and company data, anticipate problems and obstacles.
• Provide financial advisory to the Commercial and Marketing teams for the country.
• Translate financial findings into actionable insights and influence decision‑making processes with commercial and marketing teams.
• Act as a financial eye‑opener for key business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance planning processes (required).
