Title Framing Division Manager

Job Overview The Framing Division Manager is responsible for the start-up, leadership, and ongoing operation of the Framing Division. This role provides strategic direction and hands‑on operational oversight to ensure framing activities are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality and building code standards. The Manager is accountable for workforce leadership, production performance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement as the division scales.

Responsibilities

Lead the establishment and launch of the framing division from initial planning through full operational execution.

Define divisional scope, production capacity, staffing requirements, and growth strategy.

Oversee day‑to‑day framing operations across all assigned projects.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified framers hired on a sub‑contract basis.
