The Opportunity
As part of the Freight Audit Team, the Freight Costing Administrator is responsible for the administration of the account’s payable functions, including the accurate allocation of freight costs and the timely processing and resolution of carrier freight invoices.
Base Salary: $41,000 – $55,000 CAD annual base pay (may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors).
Snapshot of a Day in the Life
- Audit freight invoices against SAP/TM system accruals
- Accrue correct costs based on carrier rates (SAP/TM systems)
- Perform month‑end reconciliation of all open accruals and carrier statements
- Communicate with carriers and resolve any invoice issues
- Maintain period‑end reports
- Data entry
- Work with carrier management team for escalations or dispute resolutions
