Front Store Manager

Pharmasave #406 is looking for a full-time Front Store Manager to join our team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Schedule

Full‑time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend requirements as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front store operations aligned with strategic goals
• Promote Neighbourly Pharmacy policies and a positive workplace culture
• Oversee cash handling, banking, reporting, store security, and opening/closing procedures
• Manage front store staffing, hiring, performance, and discipline with HR support
• Maintain inventory control, cycle counts, pricing, and shrink management
• Support budgeting, purchasing, promotions, merchandising, and POP materials
