About The Role

Own the design system and frontend performance culture. You’ll deliver reusable components, enforce accessibility, and optimize load times at scale. What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain a shared component library and tokens. Set standards for accessibility, theming, and responsiveness. Optimize bundle size, rendering, and Core Web Vitals. Document patterns and drive adoption across teams. Partner with backend teams on API contracts and performance. What We’re Looking For

4+ years in frontend engineering; design system experience is a plus. Expertise in React/TypeScript and build tooling. Strong performance and accessibility chops. Clear documentation and collaboration skills. About Andiamo
