Job Description

Apply analytical, problem solving and communication skills to guarantee continuous fuel availability, oversee procurement, and enforce strict controls and preferred purchasing strategies to optimize overall fuel spend.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fuel Monitoring & Procurement: Conduct data-driven analysis of fuel consumption trends across multiple terminals and vendor locations. Enforce adherence to fueling at preferred locations. Work with head office and external fuel vendors on pricing negotiations. Audit fuel invoices to ensure proper fuel discounts are applied.
• Corporate Fuel Card & Asset Management: Oversee the issuance, tracking, and cancellation of corporate fuel cards and fobs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
