Role Overview

We're building a global network of independent freelance recruiters who source and place top talent across our client base. Our recruiters earn up to $500 per placement, with top performers taking home $5-10k per month.

This is a commission-only, performance-driven role where you are fully responsible for sourcing your own candidates using your own tools, workflows, and networks - LinkedIn, outbound, automation, referrals, whatever works for you.

We give you access to live deals and manage the client relationships. You find the talent, submit them through our platform, and earn a commission every time one gets placed. No cap on how many deals you work. No cap on earnings. The more you place, the more ...
