In this full-time role, you will guide RN and LPN practices and play a critical role in patient care supervision. You'll work closely with your team to conduct assessments and resolve community concerns while leading patient safety initiatives. Your role also includes active participation in mentorship and education to enhance service delivery across nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise RN and LPN compliance with standards
• Lead incident investigation and documentation
• Host regular team meetings and support discussions
• Engage patients with collaborative health strategies
• Mentor staff through problem-solving approaches
Requirements:
• Unrestricted RN registration in Nova Scotia
• 5+ years as a practicing Registered Nurse
