This full-time role requires attention to detail in daily plant maintenance, compliance with cleanliness standards, and effective teamwork. You will follow SOPs meticulously while engaging in various cultivation tasks throughout the plant growth cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Care for plants throughout their growth cycle
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility in the facility
• Harvest and prepare grow rooms for replanting
• Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Clean and sterilize tools and equipment regularly
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 19 for the cannabis industry
• Previous experience in cultivation or agriculture preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
