Full Time Sales Lead - Feed, Yorkton Agro
Job Description
What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co‑op feel “at home here” through:
- Provide leadership through supervision, coaching, and ensuring staff compliance with loss prevention and asset protection policies.
- Lead the full B2B sales cycle, including customer outreach, stock and delivery coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales reps to support sales growth and profitability.
Develop specialized product content (Feed, Ag Equipment, Animal Health, farm fencing) and deliver training to Agro staff.
Support talent acquisition and onboarding in collaboration with the Agro Manager, Hardware Supervisor, and Sales Leads.
