We are seeking a temporary, full-time Sous Chef for a sick leave replacement role at our senior living facility along the Richelieu River. The role entails 40 hours of work weekly from Monday to Friday, with one weekend every two weeks as needed. You will assist the head chef, ensuring high quality and efficient meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist head chef daily and step in when necessary
• Assemble and plate dishes with quality presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspace
