Job Description
Customer Experience Associate who will process financial transactions accurately, provide excellent customer service, and promote TD banking solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities as necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.
