The General Counsel for **X‑Rite, Pantone, and Esko** serves as the primary global legal leader for Veralto’s software, color management, and product workflow businesses. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the global legal strategy for these three innovation‑driven OpCos (local business units known as operating companies), overseeing all aspects of commercial, regulatory, product, technology, IP, and compliance matters.

In addition, the role provides strategic regional legal leadership across all Veralto segments in EMEA, ensuring that the region operates with strong governance, consistent legal standards, and forward‑looking risk management. The regional work is senior, strategic, and influence‑based — not tactical day‑to‑day execution.
