Responsibilities ****Duties and responsibilities vary and may increase according to grade level**** Work with organizational managers, budget personnel, and engineering/architectural authorities to develop and gain approval for proposed facility programs/projects. Perform work in the construction management, program/base development, and/or operations and maintenance (O/M) functions. Evaluate and recommend programs and development plans for new construction, renovation, and improvements of real property facilities including utility systems, utilizing a professional knowledge of multi-discipline engineering.
