A skilled position with prior performance that understands the install and repair process for overhead distribution and transmission systems, which includes poles, cables, and electrical systems.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**

+ Implementing and enforcing the safety program at the field level.
+ Setting safety standards and expectations for Forepersons.
+ Ensuring Foreperson and Crew Member job specific training is completed and documented.
+ Documenting Foreperson/crew evaluations.
