**Job Description**
The General Laborer will perform tasks involving physical labor at a manufacturing plant, operating a variety of hand and power tools. Responsibilities include assembling products using automated assembly equipment and robotic weld cells, ensuring efficient production according to established procedures while following all safety protocols and workplace policies.

**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect and check parts for defects.
+ Operate and tend to automated assembling equipment such as robotic and fixed automation equipment.
+ Utilize small hand tools like grinders and buffing wheels.
+ Identify, record, and report defects.
+ Adhere to all relevant safety legislation under the OHSA and company safety policies.
+ Clean and prepare the work-site.
