About the role

As a General Manager, you will lead the Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Complex, a large-scale operation comprising five hotels.

Your main mission will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee the overall performance of the complex, ensuring operational excellence, strong business results, and alignment with brand standards.

You will play a key role in driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and long-term asset value, while strengthening commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of the complex, ensuring alignment across all areas and consistent execution of standards.
