General Manager of Medcan's new Markham location, responsible for full ownership of site performance, including P&L management, operational excellence, client experience, and community engagement. The role leads a cross‑functional team of 20+ staff and serves as Medcan’s ambassador in the local market.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of personalized, high‑touch client service across all programs and touchpoints, ensuring seamless client journeys and high‑quality, consistent brand experiences.
- Utilize client experience metrics (NPS, CSAT) to identify improvement opportunities and act on feedback, personally supporting escalations as needed.
