to lead a portfolio of approximately
900,000 square feet
across two office towers and one industrial asset in the
Greater Toronto Area .
Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, the General Manager will be accountable for the overall performance, strategic direction, and day‑to‑day operations of the portfolio. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong business acumen, operational expertise, and a proven ability to enhance asset value while delivering an exceptional tenant experience.
