Lead our Team as the Hotel General Manager

Newly renovated Hyatt Place Columbia / Harbison SC is seeking a General Manager that is directly responsible for the success of the housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and sales departments of the property. A hands‑on approach is necessary to effectively manage the quality of customer service and guest suite cleanliness. The General Manager will also be involved in the interviewing and hiring of new associates, as well as disciplinary measures.

Candidate must have 2-3 years previous management experience as an exceptionally strong General Manager. Additionally, this candidate must have strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, payroll, expense control, employee and guest relations, with proven service training skills, leadership, team building, and be a results driven leader.
