**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform general technical repairs and fault finding across the hotel’s guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
+ Carry out maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner to ensure smooth daily operations.
+ Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as directed by management.
+ Report issues and follow up on maintenance requests through the appropriate channels.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems as needed.
+ Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with maintaining HVAC, lighting, and water systems.
