How You’ll Help Us Connect the World The HR Generalist typically will report to the HR Business Partner and have a dotted line to the applicable Global HR Generalist. Major responsibilities include:
- Managing and submitting Employee Central (EC) changes to keep the HR Information System up to date and running audits to ensure accuracy. Educate managers on how to use Employee Central (EC) and submit requests accordingly.
- Advising/coaching on industrial and employee relations situations, policies and processes
- Working through the most effective utilization of human resources for the purpose of achieving strategic and operational objectives
- Supporting all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle and HR Global Programs
