Assist in planning and procurement of proper manpower, by participating in the selection of employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct and/or coordinate interviewing, pre‑employment testing and personal background checks to reduce turnover and develop a quality workforce.
• Create different reports as required by site and/or corporate management on a weekly basis.
• Ensure the correct processing of movements in the EC and Tress systems for supervisor, cost center, and work schedule changes, and transition to interface.
• Address employee disciplinary reports (absenteeism, delays) and resignations.
• Administer labor agreements.
