Job Description

Do you have significant experience in industrial engineering or equivalent, have you worked in the manufacturing or aerospace sector, and are you looking to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you. The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Process and Performance Engineer to join our team within the Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering department based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, where you will work on optimizing the industrial performance of the A220.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis, line balancing (SLB), and improvement roadmaps to optimize series production.
• Evaluate and optimize transverse industrial performance using key indicators such as efficiency, production rate, cycle time, etc.
• Design and maintain standard line balancing for all production configurations.
