REQUISITOS:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Focus areas would include Engineering, Quality or Supply Chain. EXPERIENCIA EN INDUSTRIAS DE MANUFACTURA AUTOMOTRIZ Y DE MOLDEO (DETERMINANTE PARA EL PUESTO)
• Fully bilingual (English-Spanish) is a must. INGLES FLUIDO CONVERSACIONAL (DETERMINANTE PARA EL PUESTO)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Quality Management experience.
• Record of proven results improving site level quality metrics related to PPM and cost.
• Demonstrated managerial courage; self-confident and able to act as role model to drive system improvements across all functions.
• Must have a holistic overview of complex situations and deal effectively with difficult issues when they arise.
• Analytically minded and data-driven.
• Working knowledge of cost of poor quality.
