The Engineering Manager leads the Engineering and Maintenance functions within a sheet metal manufacturing environment. This role oversees process development, equipment reliability, tooling, and continuous improvement across laser cutting, turret punching, bending, welding, finishing, The position ensures manufacturing processes support quality, cost, and delivery objectives while partnering with production and cross-functional teams.

• Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring in sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing best practices
• Align engineering activities with safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
• Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost performance
• Create and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), process routings, and operation sequences
