The Role Responsible for managing preventive and corrective maintenance functions to minimize downtime caused by failures in production equipment, peripherals, and facilities, facilitate compliance with production objectives, and preserve the value of the company’s assets.
Responsibilities - General administration of maintenance systems.
- Implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Reduction of maintenance expenses.
- Implementation of systems and supplier development.
- Follow‑up on SICAS procedures applicable to the maintenance area.
- Definition and reporting of obsolete items (warehouse).
- Expense control versus budget.
- Approval of purchases (equipment, services, improvements).
- Administration of peripherals (stock houses, chillers, compressors, electrical substation).
