Main Objective:
The FP&A Manager will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function in Mexico, supporting two business units. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation from a management reporting perspective, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
The FP&A Manager will act as a key business partner to operations, commercial, and supply chain teams, ensuring alignment with corporate financial requirements and supporting the Regional Controller in reporting under
IFRS
and
US GAAP
frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning cycles.
Consolidate financial projections and actual results across two business units.
Analyze performance vs budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key business drivers (volume, price, mix, cost).
