Lead end-to-end plant operations, including production, planning, and logistics
Ensure efficient execution of manufacturing processes (formulation, mixing, packaging)
Drive production scaling aligned with increasing commercial demand
Oversee supply chain activities, including sourcing, inventory, and distribution
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance
