About the role

A unique opportunity has arisen to join our Business Services team in Montreal, Canada. This hybrid role requires attendance in the office three days per week.

We are looking for a commercially astute and scientifically credible Business Services Manager to lead strategic proposal development and drive cross‑functional commercial alignment. Working closely with Business Development, Contracts and the wider Scientific team you will translate complex scientific content into clear, compelling and commercially viable proposals and scopes of work.

Strong understanding of drug development and the commercialisation of scientific concepts is essential. Experience within a drug discovery and/or drug development environment, gained within a biotech, CRO, CDMO or pharmaceutical setting, is preferred.
