Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor schedule definition processes to ensure that A220 Customer Services projects are successfully achieved.
• Build a strong relationship with the A220 Customer Services business units (BUs) to gain an in‑depth understanding of the department’s priorities.
• Support the program support team in the project management of in‑service aircraft issues, particularly by coordinating internal and external activities between the different A220 Customer Services BUs.
