About the role

This role leads the end‑to‑end delivery of major capital projects across Canada and parts of the United States, overseeing engineering teams, defining project scopes, and ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget execution. You will manage permitting and regulatory interfaces, direct construction and installation activities, and guide commissioning and start‑up to achieve rapid, reliable operational performance.

As a key contributor to network transformation, you will apply stage‑gate and TPM Early Management methodologies, drive critical KPIs—including zero safety incidents, zero quality defects, and OEE above 85%—and provide clear, consistent reporting to senior leadership. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners and represent Canada within the Global Engineering Community, helping shape the future of our manufacturing network.
